Manufactured according to AMSE specifications, it can stand more than 100,000 times of cyclic water pressure test and burst test with 6 times of its design pressure; All the products have passed various certifications such as ASME, IS0 9001, IS0 14001, OHSAS 18001, Drinking Water Sanitation and CE certification, etc. It can be applied to a variety of complex media environments. The standard color is white, and other optional colors are available.

Winder® 4" side/end port membrane housing cover working pressures of 300 psi - 1200 psi. It can be loaded with 1 - 4 elements.
Winder® 2.5" end port single-element series FRP membrane housing cover working pressures of 300 psi - 1000 psi.

Sealing plate/adapter ChengDa R&D team has carried out thickened and strengthened design on the sealing plate to make the sealing plate have stronger pressure and better sealing.

Quality Assurance
Hydrostatic test shall be done for each FRP pressure vessel with 1.2 times of the designed pressure, boost rate is 0.4 Mpa/sec, and keep pressure for 15 minutes to ensure no leakage.
Test requirements: Randomly select one from 1000 times; Water temperature 65℃; Fatigue test more than 100,000 times.
Apply 6 times the design pressure to the membrane housing under water temperature 65℃, keep pressure at least 1 min,uniform speed.

First, the membrane housing mold is specially customized and processed, the surface is nitriding and plating chromium, bright and high in hardness.
Second, ChengDa developed a set of special winding production technology and raw material modification formula.
Third, the inner wall of the membrane housing is as bright as a mirror, which can facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the membrane core; it can ensure membrane housing has no leakage problems; also is the differentiation between our membrane housing and similar products.
Additional feature: Design of embedded ring
The embedded rings are all made of stainless steel 316L, which is more resistant to corrosion and higher temperatures, and has a long service life.
Winder® products will wind the embedded ring in the membrane housing during the winding process, which is integrated with the membrane housing and is not easy to fall off.
The size and thickness of the embedded ring is proportional to the pressure of the membrane housing. The larger the pressure of the housing, the steel ring will thicken, so that the membrane housing and the pressure head are more firmly connected.
