ARCLION series of FRP softener water tank is 125 psi and 150 psi
Using food grade HDPE liner
Epoxy resin + glass fiber winding reinforcement
The mouth is divided into industrial, civil and flange connection
Working pressure and detection are 125 psi and 150 psi respectively, more than 100,000 times fatigue tests. Burst test with 4 times of its design pressure.
Products have passed NSF certification, international ISO9001 quality system certification and CE certification.

Product Advantage
Additional feature 1: The surface of the opening is smooth/flat]
[2.5"/4" threaded port] and [6" flangeport] ,each opening surface is machined, flat, smooth, no blisters and air bubbles, so as to ensure no leakage after installing the valve.
At the bottom of each tanks all have a unique ID code. Use this ID code: first, anti -counterfeiting identification; second, can find which person in charge of it during production.
Each 2.5"/4" tank is equipped with abead cotton dust protection cap. First, it can prevent the damage of the opening surface and threaded port during transportation or human handling. Second, it can prevent dust and bacteria from entering the tank, which is more hygienic and safer.

PRODUCING PROCESS
ArclionFRP tanks processes used for manufacturing :
1.Inner liner: Blow Molding: Suitable for 5" – 40" tank, Rotomolding: Suitable for 42" – 80" tank
2.All product accessories are self-produced and sold.
3. Epoxy + glass fiber winding reinforcement, four - axis and multi - station automatic CNC winding.
4. In order to make the epoxy resin and glass fiber integrated together, after the winding is completed, it needs to be cured in the temperature range of 60 ℃ for about six hours.
5. The base is assembled in different ways according to the size of the tank.
6. Products in quality inspection qualified packaging.
Water pressure testing
More than 1.2 times hydrostatic pressure test

The Holding time is more than 15 minutes;
The boost rate is 0.4MPa/sec;
